This is the story of a financial analyst in upstate New York who despite being in a high profile job of 6 digit salary and plum perks wanted to do something to change the world. This led him to various voyages (literally and otherwise) across the world finally deciding to start a school in Laos followed by many there and in Africa, Latin America and now 500 schools to his and his teams credit.
All started with asking a child in India during his trip “ what is that one thing you want most in the world ?”
And that child telling him “ A Pencil ! “ which started a revolution called “ Pencils of Promise “
